Physical Therapy

  Physical Therapy (PT) is a therapy that specializes in the improvement of developing motor skills, with an emphasis on gross motor skills.    
 

Physical Therapy addresses many areas including:

Physical Therapy teaches children to utilize fitness and a healthy lifestyle to increase independence and to successfully interact in multiple environments including home, school and community.

At the Hope Learning Center, our therapists will complete an initial evaluation and collaborate with the parents to develop a strengths-based treatment approach.  Our therapists will work closely with the parents to increase their knowledge and ability to implement therapy interventions in the home setting.
